The affairs of the DCS are directed and governed by the Board of Directors, consisting of no more than fifteen members who serve up to two, three-year terms. The Corporation holds an Annual Membership Meeting shortly after its fiscal year ending June 30. At the Annual Meeting, among other things, Board members are elected by the membership present.
