As always, I am so pleased to be making music and rubbing shoulders with so many talented and dedicated musicians, including our sweet and vibrant youth singers.

Music will be made by the children at our annual retreat at Sonlight Camp in October followed by the Traditional Family Christmas concert Sunday, December 7th which will feature all of the DCS choirs on one stage. Both of our youth choirs will also perform with the San Juan Symphony in State Street Ballet's performances of the Nutcracker December 12-14.

Our end-of-year concert will be held on April 22nd where we will present a concert entitled "Sharing America" celebrating America's 250th and Colorado's 150th birthday. This concert will feature a world premier of the folk song Rocky Mountain arranged by long time DCC Artistic Director Rochelle Mann and colleague Scott Hagler as well as other pieces showcasing Colorado musicians and other music from all over the United States.
