Colorado Creative Industries (CCI) recently awarded a grant to the Durango Choral Society. CCI believes in the power of creativity to inspire human connections, create social change, and support economic vibrancy throughout Colorado. They focus on strengthening the vitality of visual, performing, and literary arts through promotion, resources, and funding opportunities. Their mission is to promote, support and expand the creative industries to drive Colorado’s economy, grow jobs and enhance our quality of life.
The Durango Choral Society is very grateful for the grant and the recognition from CCI and would like to thank CCI for their support and encouragement.
History of CCI:
In July 2010, Colorado's new Creative Industries Division merged the former Council on the Arts and Art in Public Places program to capitalize on the immense potential for our creative sector to drive economic growth in Colorado
